The company was built on the idea that we, humans, have a compelling need to express our minds but this urge is very often inhibited by the consequences of our openness. We at Spottiness believe that what people have to say is very important because the conglomeration of ideas and opinions about a subject defines the perception that the world has on that subject. Therefore, we want to help people share their thoughts knowing that there is nothing to fear for their honesty.

Users of the Site can provide positive, negative, or romantic Spots to a Target as long as the message of the Spot reflects author's acquaintance with the Target and complies with a set of rules defined for the type of Spot being created. The site is free to the community. Spottiness also offers, for free, a service that allows users to send via mail a paper Spot. Targets are given the opportunity to post a response to any Spot they receive. Users of the Site can also comment on any Spot.

You must be 18 years of age in order to submit User Content or register with the Site. The Site and Services are intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not verify the age of our users. Any registration by, use of, or access to the Site and/or Services by anyone under 18 years of age is in violation of these Terms of Service.
